Come Hiking with us at Hahn Woods. This is a beginnger friendly trail. We will stretch, meditate, and sound bath near a waterfall. Meet up at 2pm. Please RSVP and include a contact number to recieve a location pin and more details. Bring water, a towel, and a yoga mat.
